Died Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton, Ontario on Friday, February 23, 2001. Jean Anderson, in her 87th year, beloved wife of the late Lt. Col. Henry Martyn McLaughlin and daughter of the late Ret. P.W. Anderson and the late Clara Rothwell Anderson. Sister of the late Murray and the late Bruce Anderson. Visitation from noon until time of service at 2 pm. Monday, February 26, 2001 at St. James Anglican Church, 31 River St., Sutton, Ontario. Interment Briar Hill cemetery , Sutton. MORAVAN, Ervin Paul (P. Eng.) -
Peacefully passed away, on February 23, 2001, at the Ajax and Pickering Hospital, in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Terka. Father to Veronika (Ron Miller), Elena (Paul VelIa), Marta (Gerry Cook), Monika (Rob Lansdale) and the late Pavol. Grandfather to Melissa, Julia, Billy, Sylvia, Maggie and Christopher. Also brother to Katka. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Aiax (Pickering Village), 905-428-8488, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2001 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2001. Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2001 at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church (796 Eyer Dr., Pickering, ON). Interment Erskine cemetery. Suddenly, at Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa, on Friday, February, 23, 2001, in her 71st year. Dearly loved wife of the late Archie Pallister. Cherished mother of Susan Pallister of Tweed, Sandra Pallister of Oshawa and Randy (Jennifer) Pallister of Toronto. Dedicated and devoted nana to Bonnie and Elizabeth. Will be greatly missed by her beloved “Cassie”. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Balbiani-Huber). Loving father of Anne Marie and her husband Robert Zimmerman of Switzerland and Ernest and his wife Christina of Little Britain. Step-father of Robert Huber of Buckhorn and Max Huber of Nova Scotia. Loved grandfather of David and Richard Ruch. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (985-2171) on Tuesday, February 27 from 10-11 a.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Rick Ruch will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove cemetery , Prince Albert in the spring. After a brief battle with cancer in her 65th year, at Compassion House, Newcastle, on Friday, February 23, 2001. Dear mother of Elizabeth Edwards of Maine, U.S.A., Royal Greer of Crystal Beach, Ont., and Ernest Greer of Niagara Falls, Ont. Grandmother of Zara Edwards of Maine. Dear sister of Michael Hashem of Ossipee, New Hampshire. Respecting Pauline's wishes, cremation has taken place with no funeral service. At St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto on Thursday, February 22, 2001. Betty Kydd at 66 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd John Kydd. Loving mother of John and his wife Heather. Dear mother of Donald and his wife Lynn and caring grandmother to their three children Tyler, Thomas and Andrew. Sister of Christine, Anna and Arthur residing in Scotland. A cherished family member to the extended Kydd and Bunce families. Friend to many in the town of Uxbridge, a community she took into her heart and thoroughly enjoyed. A kind and gracious soui will truly be missed by all of those whose lives she touched. Resting at MEMORIAL CHAPEL BROOKLIN LTD., 79 Baldwin Street Brooklin from 1:00 p.m. Tuesday until time of service to follow in the chapel Tuesday afternoon February 27 at 2:00 o’clock.
