Cecil was a coordinator of the Bible Club Movement in the Oshawa area initiating after-school Bible Clubs, teaching religious education in the schools, and founder of Crusaders Bible Camp in Omemee. She was predeased by her husband William Marshall Cliff and their daughter Patricia Fantham. Iris is survived by her son Bill Cliff of Ottawa, her daughter Marilyn and her husband Robert Siblock of Bowmanville and son-in-law Dave Fantham. Dear sister of Roy Sawyer and his wife Peg. Loving grandmother of Tricia & Shawn Cooper, Marshall Siblock, Bill Cliff, Laura & Serge Crete, Matthew Cliff and great-grandmother of 3 great-grandchildren.
