passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Monday, July 5, 2004, in her 82nd year. Verna was predeceased by her husband Joe. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Sandra and her faithful companion Dusty. Predeceased by her brother Garnett Shier, and by her sister Hazel MacDonald. She will be sadly missed by her friends. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with funeral service in the Chapel on Wednesday, July 7th at 11 a.m. Interment Park Lawn cemetery , Toronto.
