Loving father of the late Eric Snoddon, Clare Snoddon of Oshawa and Ray Snoddon and his wife Pauline of Uxbridge. Loving papa of Kent, Kendra (Tony), Kyle, Michael, Candace, Dawn, Jamie and Jason (Kristy). In addition there are 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. After a brave struggle, passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2012. Jeanne wife of the late Ken who she missed so dearly. Loving mom to Ted (Sue), Tim (Rosemary) and Richard (Elizabeth). Cherished nana to Christopher, Laura, Jeffrey, Michael, Ryan and proud great grandmother to the apple of her eye, Raiden. Dear sister of Roger, Vivian and predeceased by Larry, Ivan and Rejean. Peacefully, mom slipped away Tuesday evening, July 17th at the Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, demonstrating her great strength and tenacity, right to the end. Mother of Rose Ellen and her husband Ray Mansell. Devoted Nana to Michael (Stacey) and Stephen (Danielle). Mom leaves her brother Frank, Windsor, sister Mary and husband Ernie Levis, North Bay, sister Marg and husband Dick Donald, Oshawa and many nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by her parents Rose and Peter Ceresia, North Bay, On., sisters Clare and Dora, and dearly loved and deeply missed brother, Vic. The family recognizes the heartfelt visits and volunteer time in mom’s final days by her sister Marg and friends Emily, Anita, Teresa, Rose Thompson, and Bernice Lawley. We wish to express our gratitude to her treasured “adopted family” Gertrude, Gabriel, Jeremy and Faustina, who faithfully took mom to Mass every Sunday morning, over the past several years. Fabrication Plant and was also a charter member of the Ritson Road Alliance Church in Oshawa. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Anne Peel and Mary Goldsmith, along with 5 nephews and their families.
