Grandpa Don of Angela, Lisa, Amanda and Alex. Great Grandpa Don of Noah, Isabelle, William, Abigail and Daniel. Loving brother of Rick and Betty. Azzarello, Ross
passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital at the age of 80. Beloved husband to Jean (nee Craig) for 41 years. Loving father to David (Diana), JoAnne (John) and Megan (Darrell). Devoted Grampa to Jimi (Kim), Devin, Shelby and Laura. Great-grampa to Aunalya. Brother to Sal “Bunny” and Sarah “Sally”. Ross will also be sadly missed by the Craig family as well as his dear friends Barb and Bill and Karen and Murray. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends. Ross, along with his brother “Bunny” proudly owned and operated Azzarello Brothers grocery store in the “Beaches” area of Toronto for 57 years. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital for their exceptional care. passed away at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Tuesday, June 12th, 2012 in her 94th year. Tina Anderson, wife of the late George Anderson. Loving mother of Gloria (Don) Edwards and Rod (Cathy) Anderson. Dear grandmother to Corrie, Natalie, Aaron, Ashley and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Jack Elenko and predeceased by her siblings Mary Abramoff, George Elenko, Jennie Kunica, Peter Elenko, Lydia Isaacs, Tillie Bellows, Ruby Polischuk and Steve Elenko. Tina will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends. Many thanks to the staff and friends at ReachView Village, where Tina spent her last few years. passed away at his home in Lindsay at thye age of 44. Beloved son of Donna Wideman and the late Stephen Wideman. Ed will be sadly missed by his brothers John Wideman and Bradley Wideman, stepmother Gail Wideman and stepfather Al Janzen. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. passed away at the Port Perry Community Nursing Home on Thursday June 14, 2012 in her 86th year. Lily Smith wife of the late David Smith. Dear grandmother of Willie, Donna, Chris, Laura, Michelle, Marianne, Amanda, Megan and 16 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gladys (Reg) Molaro, and predeceased by Ted Barlow and Avalon Barlow. It is with saddened hearts that the family of Robert “Bob” Jamieson announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 in his 76th year. Bob leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Eleanor Jamieson, and his four sons, Stephen (Margaret), Brian (Erica), Darren (Laurie), Shawn (Keiko), and his six grandchildren. Bob owned Uxbridge Electronics in Uxbridge until he retired 22 years ago. Bob was a devoted husband to Eleanor, and a loving mentor to his sons. He will be missed by all of his family and friends. Suddenly, sadly passed away at her home on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Mother of Kim (Bryan Marchment). Grandmother of Logan and Mason. Predeceased by her parents Connie and Lloyd, and her sister Barbara Logie. Aunt to Pat Himmelman (Peter) their daughter Becky and Greg Shaw (Ashley). Thank you to all those who were there to look out for Anne. Anne had a Successful career in: broadcasting (co-hosted Canada games, judge and host of Miss Hawaiian tropic pageant, CBC radio), acting (GRAVES beans commercials) modeling (teaching), and as a buyer for Simpson Sears.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mervyn Davis on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital in his 77th year, with his wife and family by his side. Mervyn is survived by his soul mate & wife of 57 years, Shirley (nee Elson). Loving father to Sherry (Ben), Pam (Geri), Kevin (Loralee), Toad (Todd), Darryl (Rhonda), & Melis (Dave). Beloved Grandpa of Jamie (Courtney), Kelvin (Laura-Lee), Tammy, Josh (Kailey), Tys (Dan), Ty (Nicole), Ash (Chris), Dee (Craig), Trev, Tiff (Kyle), Derek (Lauren), Slim, Em (Jay), Matt, Dustin (Becca), Kar, Meg, Buckskin & predeceased by Tarea. Proud Great Grandpa of Caydence, McKenna, Logan, & Colton. He is survived by his sister LuluBelle, predeceased by his brother Kenneth, and his parents James & Lena. Mervyn will be sadly missed by all his family & friends. Mervyn is a long time resident of Uxbridge who actively sat on the Uxbridge Minor Hockey Executive in years past, and was a recent member of the Uxbridge Legion, he was also involved in the Odd Fellows Lodge (Stouffville & Mount Albert). Mervyn was a hard working farmer in Uxbridge Township for 55 years, making many friends and acquaintances. In accordance with Mervyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held at this time. Mervyn’s remains will return home with Shirley and their family. A special Thank You to Dr. St John for his care in the past years, and to the nurses at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital for their care and compassion in his final days. A heartfelt Thank You to Marcia our C.C.A.C nurse who cared for Dad, educated us, and showed us compassion & understanding up to the end. Beloved treasured mother of Vince & Marie Woodhouse, Victor & Becky Woodhouse, Viky & Paul Ogborne, Vana & Kevin Leonard, Virginia & Carl Cherry, Vanessa & Kevin Pilkey, Veronica & Godfrey Thorogood and Vonda & Eric Woollings. Reunited in Heaven with her cherished son Vaughn. Caring and loving grandma of 22 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Daycare granny of many children.
