BERRY, Stephen
STEPHEN BERRY passed away November 7, 2006 after a sudden illness. As he lived his life, so he died, gently, peacefully, with his beloved wife Bernadette (Doyle) lovingly supporting his last journey. His family extends sincere thanks to Dr. Sonny Kohli and the ICU team at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for their kindness during this time. Stephen loved his work, loved to sing, loved travelling, and adventuring. He would turn his hand to anything, and learned along the way. He was a philosophic man who enjoyed the elegancies of life; he was equally happy playing in the dust with his dogs. "Whispering Steve" was generous and helpful toward everyone. He wouldn't say "no". Loyal and trustworthy, he had an intense caring for his coworkers, friends, and family. Although we will feel his loss forever, his family and friends will be comforted by the memory of his soft voice, fascinating conversation, devilish sense of humour, and true enthusiasm for life. Friends and family will gather to say farewell to Stephen on Saturday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m., at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville (905-844-3221).
