Suddenly on Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at home in Toronto. Predeceased by her mother Bridget and father Anthony. Theresa will be greatly missed by her sisters and brothers, Ann (Jim) Glassford, Pat (Barbara) McNamara, Mary (John) Thornewell, Mike McNamara and Evelyn McNamara. Theresa is predeceased by her brothers John and Kevin. She was also a dear aunt to Sean, Kerrin, Peter, David, Martin, Quinn, Connor, Liam, Kelly, Aidan and Kieran. Her extended family, friends and care givers at 146 Viewmount Ave, will also greatly miss Theresa. Although Theresa had many challenges in life that never stopped her from enjoying and experiencing life to the fullest. She was truly a role model to us all.
