Kathleen Mallon
passed away on Friday, April 13, 2007 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother to Patricia Hutton, Rose Mary Sullivan (Frank), Kathy Scott and the late Shelagh. Loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Kathleen will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 10am at St. Mark’s Catholic Church (277 Park Lawn Rd.). Interment Assumption Catholic cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Archdiocese of Toronto, Daily Mass 1155 Yonge St., Toronto M4T 1W2.

Dora Gorley Iwasuk (nee Obertenski)
It is with great sadness that the family of Dora Iwasuk announce her passing on Monday, April 16, 2007, in her 96th year. Loving mother to Lillian Bodnar and Frances (Don Widner). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Michael, Greg, Donny and great grandchildren Andrew and Sara. Survived by many relatives and friends in the Ukraine. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Norm, Gloria, Mary, the staff at the VON and the McCall Centre for their support and care. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment Park Lawn cemetery.

Anne May Timleck
In her 86th year. Predeceased by her husband William (Bill/Tim). Survived by her children Bonny, Tony, Jim, Michael, Linda and Christine. She will be sadly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Anne is also survived by her brother Bill and his wife Jean of London, England. Anne was a longtime employee of the Campbell Soup Company as well as a Lion’s member and a dedicated supporter of the Conservative Party. In keeping with Anne’s wishes there was cremation followed by a private family service. In her memory donations may be made to Lori’s Room, c/o St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, 30 The Queensway, Toronto, Ontario, M6R 1B5, 416-530-6704.

Dennis Scott
Peacefully on Sunday, April 22, 2007 with his family by his side at the age of 57. Loving husband of Barbara. Much loved dad to Denise (David) and Jeff (Savanah). Adoring poppy to Courtney, Emily and Keira. Dennis will be missed by his mother, brother’s, sister’s and a multitude of family and friends. A special thank you to the nursing staff on the 2nd floor at Central Park Lodge Nursing Home. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. Harry Frank Michael Ade, CMA
Peacefully, in his 93rd year, on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto after a short illness. Beloved husband for 66 years of Marian. Loving father to Janet Dewan (Shashi) and Barbara Tangney (Bud). A gentle man and a gentleman. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Thomas’ Anglican Church, 383 Huron Street (south of Bloor) on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 1:30 pm. If desired, a memorial donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family, in lieu of flowers.

Wally (Edward) Greek
Sadly we announce the passing of Wally Greek in his 78th year on April 26, 2007 at Trillium Health Centre – Mississsauga Site. Beloved husband of 57 years to Ruth. Devoted Dad of Penny Cowan (Steve), Belle Tullio (Tony) and Peter (Victoria). Proud “Guido” of Frank, Darryl (Melody), and Shawn Tullio, Robin (Kerstin), Dustin (Miranda), Kyle, Wyatt and Sierra Cowan. Dear Great-grandfather to Skyelin, Haylie and Lily. Wally’s memory will be forever cherished in the hearts of his family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. On Saturday, April 28, 2007, Vera, loving wife of Ignac Glac. Mother to Veronica and John. Mother-in-law to Roger and Julie. Beloved ‘Granny’ to Katarina, Sydney and James. Sister of Mimi. Sister-in-law to Tony, Sophia and Rozika. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, her former clients and friends. "Edd" Edward James Sandluck
Etobicoke Licence office, Apple Market, St. Pats Old Timers' Hockey. After a 5 1/2 year battle with cancer, Edd passed away at home, on Saturday, April 1, 2006, in his 66th year. He will join his late wife Ellen (September 2003). He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving mother Evelyn, son Jack (Cheryl), granddaughters Tera, Tanya and Amanda, brothers Norm (Marg) and John, sisters Alma (John Artemenko) and Sonia (Marv Kells), dear friend Doris, the Fowler family, many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and Misty. Predeceased by his father James (1975), brother Gordon (1980) and sister-in-law Thelma (1998). Edd will be remembered for his stories and jokes. Joan Anne Croxall/Wawrew McTighe
April 19, 1933 – April 2, 2006
Peacefully at Wenleigh Nursing Home in Mississauga on Sunday, April 2, 2006. Joan, cherished wife of devoted husband Barry McTighe. Predeceased by husband John Wawrew. Loving mother of Debbie and husband Jim Bruce; Karl Wawrew; Karen and husband Chris Travers. Grandma will be lovingly remembered by Andrew and John Bruce and Dana and Siobhan Travers. Albert David Dunphy
passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 in his 64th year after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife Carolyn (nee Miller); children, Helen McMullen of Hamilton, Kim Vanness of Tamworth, Jim McMullen and Mary Moro of Toronto, Karen McMullen of Enterprise; mother-in-law Elsie Miller and grandchildren Beth, Abigail and Jessica. Peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital on Thursday, April 6, 2006. Luella, beloved wife of the late Kenneth. Loving mother of Ken, Donna, Sharon and Bonnie, beloved mother-in-law to Eleanor, George, Wayne and Rick. Luella will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren and their spouses, her 13 great grandchildren and her 1st great great granddaughter. Luella was an auxiliary member of the Royal Canadian Legion branch 3 where Lue loved to dance with Ken on Saturday nights. passed away peacefully at The Waterford Regency Care Residence Oakville, Ontario in her 94th year. Loving wife for over 71 years of the late Fred Barrett (March 6, 2004). Dear mother of Doreen and her husband Leslie Galley and Freddy and his wife Bonnie. Dear grandmother of her only grandchild, Leona and her husband Neil Mossman, also leaves her brother Charlie Murphy. She will be sadly missed by her nephew and nieces, many friends and especially the many Special Caregivers at The Waterford.
