Died: February 2, 2005

Peacefully, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Wednesday morning, February 2nd, 2005. William John (Bill) Bravener, of Owen Sound, in his 85th year. Dearly beloved husband of Florence Bravener (nee Gibbons). Dear father of Brian Bravener & his wife, Linda, of Big Bay, Bonnie Mandeno & her husband, Fred, of Owen Sound and Patty Publuske & her husband, Brian, of East Linton. Proud grandfather of Jennifer Morrison & her husband, Jeff, Kelly Bravener & her fiance, Pat McGarrity, Jeff Mandeon & his wife, Nancy, Kristofer Publuske & his wife, Kelley, and Angela Publuske & her partner, Jordan Fromager. He will be sadly missed by his four great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Claire Bravener & his wife, Shirley, Helen Iles and Alma Johnson, all of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his parents, Francis & Margaret Bravener, his two brothers, Mike & Howard Bravener and his sister, Olive Moulton. Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 - 14th Street West, Owen Sound (376-7492) on Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for William Bravener will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, February 5th, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Claire Miller officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara, Ontario. Peacefully, at home, with his family at his side, on Monday morning, November 29th, 2004. Donald Morris Westover, of Owen Sound, in his 82nd year. Don was a retired O.P.P. officer. Beloved partner of Iris Thiessen. Loving father of Don & Rosemary Westover, of Wiarton, Billie & Nuncio Sassano, of Windsor, and Jeannie Hansler, of British Columbia. Dear step-father of Amber Taunton and Pierce & Bridget Taunton, of Owen Sound. Proud grandfather of twenty-two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Bryce Westover, of Woodstock. Predeceased by his wife, Winnifred Browet, his son, Rocky Westover, his parents, William & Elsie Westover, his brother, Bill Westover and his sister, Jeannnie Stevenson. Dear brother of Ruby & her husband, Alex Johnston, of Kemble, Betty MacDonald and Elmer Siegrist, both of Owen Sound. Dear sister-in-law of Dolly Siegrist. Predeceased by one brother, Irvin Siegrist. Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at his home, in Owen Sound, on Sunday, November 28th, 2004. Morris Lindsay Cruickshank, of Owen Sound, in his 83rd year. Morris was predeceased by his beloved wife, Violet Cruickshank (nee Hutchinson) (1999) and his son, Jeff (1982). Loving father of Cathy and her partner, Dave Waters, of Owen Sound. Proud grandfather of Lyndsay & Crystal. Fondly remembered by his sisters, Joan (Doug) Blackman, Edna (Gord) Farrow and Bernice McVittie and his brother, Bud (Maxine) Cruickshank. Treasured and fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews. Morris was predeceased by his brother, Doug Cruickshank and his parents Bernie & Pansy Cruickshank. Proud grandfather of sixteen grandchildren and thirty-three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by an infant son, Cecil Rae, one brother, Calvin Clugston and one sister, Pearl Clugston.
