Peacefully, at St. Joseph's Villa in Dundas, on Sunday, June 28, 2009, Maria passed away in her 74th year. Beloved companion and wife of Cosimo Tassone. Stepmother to Josie (Raimondo), Sam (Mary), Bruno (Lilly) and Tony (Elyse) and grandmother of 8 grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Santo and Maria Antionia Carbone and father and mother-in-law Salvatore and Stella Tassone. Sister to Fotunato (Savina), Grazia (Alfredo), Angelo (Elsie), Rita (Richard), Ida (Tommaso) and the late Anna Carbone of Italy. Sister-in- law to Guiseppe (Immacolata), Concetta (late Franco), Vince (Eugenia), the late Maria, Antonio (Fran), Bruno (Antonietta), Domenic (Rosina), Genoveffa (Frank) and many nieces, nephews and great- nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at St. Joseph's Villa for their care and compassion over the past few months and to Bayshore Caregivers, for their support and assistance the past few years. Peacefully at the McMaster University Medical Centre on May 28, 2009, in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Domenico of 57 years. Loving mother of Antonietta (Vince) D'Elia and Jerry Romano. Cherished nonna of Justin, Erica and Christian. Predeceased by her parents Gaetano and Francesca Guagliardo, as well as many brothers and sisters. Survived by her sister Vincenzina, as well as sisters and brothers-in-law Rose Romano, Santo (Gianna) Romano, Mary (Tony) Zarcone and Andre (Anne) Romano. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Thanks to Bayshore for their care and compassion, as well as all the doctors and staff at the CCU at McMaster. Daughter of the late Eduardo Macaluso and the late Diega (nee Esposto) and daughter-in-law of the late Carmelo and the late Maria Campanella. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Gerlanda and the late Angelo Esposto, and Angelo Macaluso, all of Hamilton, the late Gaetano and Giuseppina Macaluso of England, the late Giuseppe Macaluso, the late Giuseppina Macaluso, Alfonso and Carmelina Macaluso, Vittorio and Angela Macaluso, all of Italy. Sister-in-law of Gaspare and the late Concetta Campanella, the late Stefano and the late Rosa Campanella, Salvatore and the late Maria Campanella and the late Carmela Campanella, all of Hamilton, and the late Nicolo and the late Venera Campanella, the late Eduardo and Calogera Campanella, the late Calogera and the late Nicolo Curto, Calogero and Rosa Campanella, and Grazia and Stefano Morana, all of Italy. Many years ago Grazia worked at a dry-cleaning business and was respected by everyone who knew her. Grazia will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Peacefully at St Peter's Hospital on Friday, June 12, 2009. Connie Mancini (nee DiTomaso), dear eldest daughter of the late Antonio and Maria DiTomaso. Wife of the late Leonard Mancini. Loved sister of Sam (Phyliss) Nellie and Hugh Bowker, Kay Urban, Rosemarie Bell, Janet Law (Pete) and the late Pascal, James, John, and Diane. Survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews and her step-children Mario, Anthony, Grace Carlo and Frank (deceased) and their families. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of St. Peter's 2 West and Hamilton General 7 South. Connie's wish was to have a private family service with entombment at Holy Souls Mausoleum on Saturday, June 13, 2009. A memorial mass will be offered at a later date.

Loving father of Denise Kitchen (Jim) of Brantford, Peter (Debbie) of Brantford, Cathy Sibbick (Lealand) of Wasaga Beach and Richard of Burford. Loved grandfather of Doug, Christie, Matt and Seth and great- grandfather of Kaleb. Dear brother of Dan (Karen)of Hamilton and John (Judy) of Brantford. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Peter was a teacher at Pauline Johnson Collegiate for 20 years prior to his retirement. Beloved brother and brother-in-law of the late Luigi (Antonietta), Eugene (Clara) of Saulte-Ste-Marie, Emilio (Annina) and the late Giuseppe (lrma) of Australia. ROBINSON, Dennis Lawrence December 23, 1953 - May 30, 2009 Dennis Robinson (fondly called Kramer) passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital on May 30, 2009. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Shirley Pyfrom of Calgary and a host of relatives and friends. Predeceased by his mother Rita Rose (Williams) and father Edward Charles and two bothers Edward Charles and Gordon Frances. Dennis valued family and friends and did whatever it took to stand by them and to be true to them. He was always so willing to help, approaching any task with eagerness, and pleased to be able to do his very best to help out. He had a great sense of humour and was able to make anyone laugh. Dennis truly cared about the people he loved and he will be missed deeply. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
