Maria Bello (née Fabella)
January 27, 1915 - February 20, 2005
Born January 27, 1915, Racalmuto, Sicily. Peacefully at the Henderson General Hospital on Sunday February 20, 2005 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Bello. Daughter of the late Giuseppe and the late Carmela Fabella. Loving mother of Serafina and her husband Calogero Annibale, Carmela and her husband the late Giuseppe Fuca, Francesca and her husband Calogero Infurnari, and Salvatore Bello. Nonna will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Steve Fuca and Michelle, Frank and Lillian Fuca, Joe and Rose Fuca, Paulo and Antonella Ciavello, Salvatore and Angela Annibale, and Giuseppe and Rosaria Annibale. Also, fondly remembered by her step-grandchildren Angela and Mike Ciaramella, Carmela and Pat Di Pronio, and, Giuseppe and Linda Infurnari. Also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Staff of Homecare and the Staff of the Henderson General Hospital for their care and compassion. Peacefully, surrounded by family, on Monday, December 6, 2004, at McMaster Hospital, in his 60th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Joanne (nee Muscatello) for 32 years. Loving Pa of Rosina and David Prosia, Nancy and Joseph DePetris, Claudia and Anthony. Predeceased by his son John Anthony. Cherished "Nonno Tony" to Tristan. Son and son-in-law to Ottavio, the late Rosina DeFazio, the late Antonio and the late Annunziata Muscatello. Brother and brother-in-law of Maria and Antonio Pellizzari, Josephine and Salvatore Bono, Frank and Cathy DeFazio, the late Claudio, Liana and David Tomowich, Luciano and Rita DeFazio, Teresa and Domenic Sorbara, the late Caterina Fazari, Giuseppe and Giovanna Muscatello, Natalina and Giuseppe Ardito and Antonietta and Pasquale Fazari. Anita DeSousa (née Miranda)
Tragically, as a result of a car accident in Alberta on Friday, November 26, 2004 at the age of 55 we lost a loving wife to Jose DeSousa. Devoted mother to Paul, Lillian and Darryl and proud mother-in-law to Denise. Precious daughter of Americo Miranda and the late Maria Germana Goncalves. Blessed stepdaughter to the late Maria das Neves Miranda and a beloved sister to Fatima, Gorette and Linda. Treasured daughter-in-law of Aniceto and the late Maria das Gloria Moniz Sousa. Cherished sister-in-law of Fernanda Sousa, Ofelia and the late Manuel Alves, Amelia and Humberto Lima, Edwarda, Fernando and Norvinda Sousa, Lucio, Christopher and Giuliano. Loving aunt to Adam, Zachary and many other nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A love of laughter, a life of joy, with friends and family she did enjoy. With a helping hand and a generous heart, her spirit she shared right from the start. Now as an angel who stands by our side, her love and her grace will continue to guide. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Regina Gardens on Thursday, December 2, 2004, Angelina Mancini at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Mancini. Loved mother of Anna and her late husband Joe Barca; Frank and Donna; Filomena and John. Angelina will be missed by her six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Anna and the late Mike Siena; Pat and Filomena Sebastiono; Michele and Rosaria Sebastiano; Giovanni and Nella Sebastiano and Lisa and Tony Gulla, and the late Dominic Sebastiano and Anna. Suddenly in Hamilton on November 20, 2004, Rudolf Mirga aged 40 years. Beloved husband of lveta. Loved father of Simona and her husband Jan Godla, Ivana and her husband Michal Hurt, and Martin. Dear grandfather of Pamela, Salina and Nicholas (Geja). Survived by his parents Rudolf and Elena Mirga in Poprad, Slovakia, his brothers and sisters and many relatives in the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Remo (Ray) Santi Paradisi
August 18, 1934 - November 29, 2004
Peacefully at St. Peter’s Hospital surrounded by his family, Ray passed away on November 29, 2004 at the age of 70. Left to morn are his beloved & caring wife Flo (nee Berti) of 48 years, their wonderful children, daughter Teresa & Tom Kemp, sons Bruce & Debbie, Bryan & Keely. Devoted & loving Grandfather of Suzanne Henderson (predeceased 2003), husband Chris, Gregory & girlfriend Jennifer, Chris & girlfriend Lisa, Jessica & Emily Kemp, Bryan & girlfriend Nicole, Adam & girlfriend Laura, Peter, Andrew & Jackie Paradisi. Ray was a loving son of Aurora & Andrea Paradisi predeceased, son-in-law of Tina & Silvio Berti predeceased. He will be sadly missed by his brother Gord, & sister-in-law Irene Paradisi, and Sister, Evelyn Martelli predeceased. Brother-in-law of Roy Berti of Newfoundland and Joanne Berti of Toronto. Ray touched the hearts and will not be forgotten by many aunts nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Visits from the Grandchildren always brought a smile to his face and sunlight to his heart. Ray will always be remembered for his great sense of humor, zest for life and his entrepreneurial spirit. He was the founder of Para Aluminum Sales, Ray-Flo Manufacturing & Gutter Systems and Pavilion 3 Banquet Center. Also, his friendly competition & banter for many years with Americo Mori over the Ti Cats. Special thanks to Cousin Maria Antonello for her endearing friendship, support, caring and kindness. It is with great sadness that we share his sudden passing at St. Joseph’s Hospital, while surrounded by his family on Sunday November 28th, 2004.Michael was best friend and husband to Josephine (nee Friscolanti) for 56 years and beloved father and father-in-law of Vince and Laurie Sebastian, Ron and Gayle Sebastian, Nick and Julie Sebastian and Ann Sebastian. He was the cherished Papa of Amanda, Kristina, Mark, Mathew, Ryan and Lauren as well as of Sara and Tracy, her husband Ken and their children Kamryn and Kyle. He will be dearly missed by his sister Gloria D’Onofrio, her husband Joseph (Peppi) and brother/sister-in-laws, Jerry and Nevis Friscolanti, Nick Friscolanti and Nora Friscolanti. He is predeceased by his parents Vincenzo and Angelina Sebastiano, his mother/father-in-law Yolanda and Guiseppe Friscolanti, his Sister Annie Franceschini, her husband Steve and brother/sister-in-laws Louis Friscolanti, Lena Friscolanti as well as Isolina and Sam Infantino. Michael is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, trusted friends and his loyal companion Pepi. Michael was a long time member of the Order of the Sons of Italy Trieste Lodge Hamilton Ontario and a former member of Glendale Golf and Country Club, also in Hamilton. His family would like to extend heart-felt thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and health care professionals that assisted in his care. Cremation has taken place. A funeral mass will be held at St. Ann’s Parish, 11 Wilson Street West (at Fiddler’s Green), Ancaster, Ontario on Wednesday, December 1st, 2004 at11:00 am.
