With her children by her side at Golden Birches, Blind River on Tuesday December 4, 2007. Doris Degagne formerly of Iron Bridge, in her 87th year, wife of the late James Degagne. Loving mother of Ken (Lise), Irma Poliquin (Joe), Velma Berry (Andy) and Dale (Judy) all of Iron Bridge. Special grandmother to Derek (Vicky) and Dale Ross Degagne, Tania Beaulieu (Shawn), Annette and Natalie Berry, Cheryl (Rob) and Tia Degagne and great grandmother to Kyle and Kendra Beaulieu. Dear sister of Merlyn Trivers (late Margaret) and the late Leonard Trivers (late Mary), Dan Trivers (Nellie) and Kathleen Brock (late Earl). Special sister-in-law to the Degagne family. Special aunt to several nieces and nephews. Doris especially loved her children, her grandchildren and the cottage and toiled endlessly in her garden, kitchen and for events surrounding the Iron Bridge United Church. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Friday December 7, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service in Iron Bridge United Church on Saturday December 8 at 10 o’clock. Dear grandfather of Dominic (Nadia), Paula (Brad), Peter (Angela), Dominic (Allison), Marco (Kelly), Maria (Chris), Frank (Michelle), Lisa, Maria (Nunzio), Lisa, Carmen Jr., Vince Jr., Christopher, Brittany and Tianna. Dear great grandfather of 16. Dear brother of Francesca, Francesco (Lillian), Maria Polito (Rocco) and the late Marco (Rosetta). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. passed away peacefully at Sault Area Hospital (General Site) on Tuesday, December 4, 2007. Fred Janser in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Beatrice for 52 years. Loved father of Robert (Norma Griffin) and Brian of Saskatoon. Cherished grandfather of Holly and Heather Janser. Brother of Christine Dentelbeck (late Clare) and the late Mary MacQuillen (late Bill) all of St. Catharines. He will be missed by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A reception will be held at O’SULLIVAN DONNELLY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER, corner of St.James St. and Cathcart St. on Friday, December 7, 2007 from 2-4pm.
