Beloved daughter of Egisto and Elvira Zaccaria. Loving sister of Rose Rancourt (Rodney), Anna Chiarello (Frank), Mosé Zaccaria (Margaret), Josie Policicchio (John) and the late Nella Zaccaria. Special daughter-in-law of Maurice and Dolores Dube. Sister-in-law of David and Nicole Dube, Michael and Donna Dube and Patrick and Kim Dube. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kristen & Joe, Marty & Teresa, Kurt, Todd, Kendra and her four great grandchildren Emily, Aron, Isaac and Ian. Devoted and caring father of Kraig (Lora), Laurie O’Hara (Carey) and Yvonne Budden (Michael). Fun loving grandfather of Erin O’Hara, Alanna and Christopher Budden. Honourary grandfather to T.J. (Kelly) and Stephanie-Anne. Son of the late Gene and Hazel Mascardelli. Cherished brother of Ivy Leach (David), Gene Mascardelli (Gloria), Pam Richardson (Michael) and the late John Edwards (Pat) and the late Linda Morettin-Senecal (Albert). April 17, 1922 – November 20, 2007. After a lengthy illness, passed away peacefully at home. He leaves his wife of 55 years, Jean and their children, D’Arcy (Monica), Ann (Ralph), Frances, Gregory, Michael (Kate), Clare (David), Bernie (Cathy), Mark, Desmond (Wanda) and Lorraine (Roger). Also survived by 27 grandchildren. Ray served in the R.C.A.F. for 2½ years of the Second World War. He achieved his dream for an education when he received his B.A. from St. Michael’s College, University of Toronto. He began his teaching career in Oshawa and then moved to the north to Iroquois Falls in 1956. He went as principal to Cobalt before accepting a position as principal of Lakeway C. & V.S. and then to Bawating C.& V.S. retiring as Principal Emeritus in 1986. Ray was a great husband, father and educator. There was nothing he could not build, no machine he could not fix. All his life he was faithful to his Catholic faith and finally found his beloved mother, Mary.
