Anna (nee Morrison) Duncan of Burlington, age 79 years. Beloved wife of Frederick Fred Duncan. Hazel June Braddy of 50 Player Street, Stratford passed away at the Stratford General Hospital on Sunday, February 2, 2003 in her 70th year. Born in Albury, New South Wales, Australia, she was the daughter of the late Paul Oscar Krueger and the former Mary Davies. Beloved wife of Bruce Maxwell Braddy. Dear mother of Stephen Braddy and partner Leslie of Etobicoke and Lisa Prout and husband Greg of Shakespeare. Cherished grandmother of Chrissy, Jeff and Jamie. Dear sister of Joan Hogan and husband Warner of Albury, Australia, Ken Krueger of Queensland, Australia, Brian Krueger and Gwen Byer and husband Ray, all of Albury, Australia. Robert Etherington
Mr. Robert Harry Etherington, 76, of Bancroft and formerly of Tavistock passed away at the Bancroft Hospital on Sunday, October 5, 2003. He was born in Stratford, son of the late Frederick and Anne (Ellis) Etherington and was a longtime employee of Loblaws Grocery Stores as a supervisor in Stratford, Guelph, Sudbury, Windsor and Toronto. Beloved husband of the former Jean Pinkerton; loving father of Wendy Etherington, Bancroft, Robert Etherington and wife Janice, Stratford; dear grandfather of Tory and husband Troy Eckstein, Stratford and Britt Etherington, Kelowna, BC; great-grandfather of Ethan Eckstein. Also surviving are several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and their families. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Lloyd Franklin Etherington (2002). Earl Solomon Reibling, 83, of Tavistock passed away in the Maples Home for Seniors, Tavistock on Monday, December 8, 2003. He was born in South Easthope Township, Perth County, a son of the late Solomon and Melinda (Pletsch) Reibling. Earl operated The Homesteader Restaurant in Elmira for 28 years and was a former member of Trinity United Church in Elmira. He was a member of Lingelbach United Church. Earl was predeceased by his first wife, the former Naomi Nickel on January 21, 1991. He is survived by his second wife, the former Myrtle Louise (Gabel) Wilhelm; one son Paul Reibling of Kitchener; one daughter Jane Doff and husband Geoffrey of Brampton; two grand-children Julie Dillon and husband Keir of North Vancouver, Bradley Doff of Brampton; three brothers Stanley Reibling, Delton Reibling, LaVerne Reibling and wife Dorothy, all of Tavistock; one sister Dorothy Reibling of Tavistock; sisters-in-law Alice Reibling of Tavistock, Marjorie Reibling of Waterloo, Eleanor (Reibling) King and husband Willard of Waterloo, Dolores Reibling of Elmira, June Riehl of Stratford; brother-in-law Grant Gabel of Pine Lake and Myrtle s children Gloria Reibling and husband Kenneth of Tavistock, Judy Wilhelm and Grant Jutzi, Norma Wettlaufer, Mary Lou Hyde and husband Wray, all of Stratford. In Stratford on April 12, 2001 in his 95th year. Leslie John a gentleman and a gentle man. He was a proud, devoted and much loved husband, father and grandfather a quiet gardener of great humility. Jack was predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara Simpson. He is survived by their family Barbara and Bob Graham, Beth and Jim Freure, Sarah Graham, Martha and Darrin Mayes, Jane Freure and Peter Freure and by his sister-in-law Jean Simpson. Peacefully at home in the loving circle of her family on Monday, June 25, 2001, Catharine (Ena) Baker nee Ripping of RR 3 Embro in her 67th year. Predeceased by her husband John (1989). Loving mother of Jane and her husband Jerry Terhaerdt from RR 4 Denfield, John Baker and his wife Elaine RR 3 Embro, Mark Baker and his wife Laurie, RR 3 Lakeside. She will be sadly missed by her eight grandchildren. Cherished sister of Janny and her husband Robert A. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. In 1970 the late John Baker and Ena bought and developed Happy Hills Campground. Their love for people, high energy and optimism made every effort a pleasure. With the physical help of her sons, Ena was able to continue managing the park after John s death and was very proud to see it grow to what it is today. Ena fought a long courageous battle with cancer and was able to enjoy quality time with her children and grandchildren who were always the centre of her life. Friends may call at the R.D.
