dear father of Jackie, Andre, Dionne and Rodney. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Troy, Kirby, Ramar, Weston, Janae, Matai and Lincoln, as well as his brothers Remy, Tony, Morris and Frankie and his sister Patsy, and uncle Dr. Roy Baptiste and auntie Joyce Ross.

With family by her side at Parkwood Hospital on August 8, 2007, Martha May Easterbrook passed away peacefully in her 88th year. Beloved companion of Stewart Coutts (2001) and fondly remembered by his son Bill (Nancy) Coutts and family of B.C. Dear mother of Ruth Ann Brown and Kenneth Easterbrook both of London, and Barry (Betty) Gillard of Erin. Dearly loved grandmother and great-grandmother of Wendy, John and Bradley Curren of London, Kenneth, Jessica, Chase and Taylor Brown of Mount Brydges and Kevin, Tim and Christine Easterbrook. Sadly missed by her brother Jack Fulton of Cambridge. Predeceased by her sisters Isabel Whitworth and Betty Porter, her brother Robert Fulton and son-in-law Robert Brown. Martha will be fondly remembered by her special niece Susan Monk of Harrietsville and was survived by many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas St. E. (at Wavell) on Sunday, August 12, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place on Monday at 1 PM, also at the chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or the VON.

Jershy, Robert 'Bob', 60 years, passed away peacefully, on August 8, 2007 after a courageous battle with melanoma with his family at his side. Beloved husband of 37 years to Gloria (nee Yatscoff). Loving father to Brent, of Belle River; Ryan and fiancee Colleen, of Tecumseh. Dear son of the late John (1968) and Cita (1998) (nee Kaiser). Beloved son-in-law to George and Anne Yatscoff, of La Salle. Beloved brother-in-law to Dr. Randall Yatscoff and wife Nancy, of Edmonton. Dear uncle to Michael and Christopher. Bob was a devoted 30-year business educator at St. Clair College who had a great passion for both his teaching and students. He loved sports as a player, coach and fan. (Football for Walkerville and baseball for the Tecumseh Green Giants). Bob was a zealous fan of the Detroit Tigers and UCLA Bruin Basketball. He was an excellent craftsman both in wood and gardening. He will be missed by Bailey, Bruin and Baron. Visiting Saturday, from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel, 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh . Prayers Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The funeral will be held on Monday, August 13, 2007 at 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Gregory-the-Great Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Gary Goyeau and Fr. Al Williams will concelebrate. Interment at St. Anne Cemetery. In kindness a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Downtown Mission would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bob Jershy in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 30, 2007. All are welcome.

Michael Rehner, 64 years, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on August 9, 2007. Best friend and devoted husband of Nora (nee Martin) for 29 years. Loving father of Lindsay and Alison. Beloved son of Katherine and the late Michael Rehner. Dear brother to Katherine Haug and husband Fred of Windsor and brother-in-law to Maryanne Pickering of London. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. Michael was retired from the Greater Windsor & Essex County District School Board after 34 years of service as a teacher and Vice Principal. Mike took great pleasure in coaching for the Windsor Valiants Basketball Organization. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Hamm, Pam and his “Girlfriends” at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre and on the 4th Floor at Met Hospital. Those generous people who give the gift of blood enabled Mike to spend 3 extra years with his loved ones. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh on Saturday, August 11, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 a.m. Mr. John Postons officiating.
