passed away peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, London, on Friday, June 22, 2007 at the age of 71.
Beloved husband of the late Eva (nee Dickens) Currie (2000). Dear father of Tim Currie and his wife Val of Waterloo, Cindy Clarke and her husband David of Kitchener, Joel Currie and his wife Christine of Cambridge. Grandfather of Vanessa, Daniel, Crystal, Christopher, Jessica and Justine. Great-grandfather of Mason and Katrina. Dear brother of Frances Meldrum of Kitchener and Diane Crowthers of North Bay. Remembered by his father-in-law Bill Collins, brother-in-law Mike Collins, of B.C., sister-in-law Brenda and her husband Joe Bourget of Calgary and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Ida (nee Myre) Currie, sisters May, Shirley and Ann and brother-in-laws Murray Fries, Jim Crowthers, Jim Brown, Richard Rejesky and Bill Dickens.
Clarence retired from Canada Post and will be missed by his friends and colleges.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial service will take place will take place 3 PM on Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the K-W Naval Association, 315 Weber St., N., Waterloo.

passed away at Freeport Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital on Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at the age of 62 years.

passed away peacefully at her home with her family lovingly by her side on Thursday, June 28, 2007 at the age of 54.
Beloved wife and soul mate of Bill Glaister for 38 years. Loving mother of Jennifer McQuillin and her husband David of Waterloo, Greg Glaister and his wife Marissa of Kitchener. Cherished Nana of Brianna, Meghan and Jack. Loving daughter of Dora May Thibodeau and the late Raymond of Kitchener. Dear sister of Mary Dopp (Randy), Susan Longman (Russell), Steven Thibodeau (Jennifer), Mark Thibodeau (Jacinthe), James Thibodeau (Susan), Andrew Thibodeau (Mabel), John Thibodeau (Dale). Adored sister-in-law of Linda Owens (Bill), Jim Glaister (Roslyn). Janet will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Janet was an RPN at Grand River Hospital since 1994. Her passion was for liturgical dance and she was a joyful member of the Merry Hearts Society.
Please come rejoice with us as we celebrate Janet's triumphant return to the Lord. Her faith and spirit never wavered. Her grace inspired us all. Janet, we will miss you with all our hearts, but find comfort in your peace.

Beloved wife of Douglas Goetz of Neustadt for 50 years. Loving mother of Brian Goetz (Judy), Kim Gingerich (Keith), and Wayne Goetz. Dear grandmother of Candice, Stephanie, Joshua, Janine and Jared. Fondly remembered by two special young men Ross Henry (Janice) and Roy Henry (Louise). Dear sister of Gerald O'Brien (Edna), Bonnie Blunden (Fred). Elizabeth will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Pierce and Mary (nee Murphy) O'Brien and four brothers Richard, Pierce, Raymond and Kevin.

Heer, Gerald "Jerry"
passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital at the age of 69.
Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Evans) Heer for 49 years. Loving father of Kerry Heer (Judith) of Kitchener, Mark Heer (Mary Hart) of Cambridge, Scott Heer of Guelph. Dear grandfather Wesley, Curtis, Ashley, Nicole and Jason. Great-grandfather of Hailey. Dear brother of Elaine (Robert) Peterson and brother-in-law of Heather (Ronald) Baker. Jerry will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Jerry was the owner of Heer's Camera Shop Inc. and was a member of The Westmount Golf and Country Club and Twin City Kiwanis. He was actively involved in many sports as both a coach and umpire.
Jerry's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, June 23rd and Sunday, June 24th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener. A funeral service for Jerry will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
