Mrs. Marguerite J. Beckett
April 13, 1921 - November 1, 2007

BECKETT, Marguerite Jeannette (nee Vermette)

Marguerite J. Beckett, 86 years. Died on November 1, 2007. Predeceased by her beloved husband John Duncan (2004) Loving mother of Patricia & husband Dr. Fernando DiPierdomenico, Marguerite & husband Roger Miner, John David Beckett. Dear grandmother of Luigi, Michael & wife Katherine, Julia, Alicia & husband Robert, Roger Jr. & fiancée Laura, Andrew, John Jr., & Bobbie-Lynn. Dear great-grandmother of Dylan & Justin. Dear sister of Alice Bezaire & Florence Renaud. Predeceased by her brothers Eugene & Ernest Vermette and by her sister Bernadette Vermette. Visiting at the JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St., South, Amherstburg (519-736-2134) on Sunday from 7 9 p.m. & Monday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Monday 8:00 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, November 6th, 2007 from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. to St. John the Baptist Church for mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, donations to St. John the Baptist Restoration Fund would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Marguerite in the Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 2008. All are welcome.

Emma MacKeracher, (nee Newton)

Emma MacKeracher passed away peacefully on Thursday November 1, 2007 at the Village Retirement Centre in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Donald. Beloved mother of Don (Janet), James (Patricia) and Eric. Devoted grandmother of Kate, Ian, Heather and Anson. Emma will also be sadly missed by many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax) on Monday from 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at Kingston Road United Church (975 Kingston Rd., Toronto, ON). In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

Paul Revill (Retired from Bell Canada)

Paul Revill passed away after a short illness on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the Rouge Valley Health System, Ajax at the age of 55. Beloved husband of Karen. Proud father of Mark (Marleen) and Kyle. Cherished son of Agnes and the late Bill Revill and son-in-law of Jean and the late Donald Loree. Loving brother of Jacquie and brother-in-law of Grant and Linda. Paul will also be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends. The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village (Ajax) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday. Mr. Colin Douglas Ridgeway
December 20, 1947 - November 1, 2007

Ridgeway, Colin - After a lengthy courageous battle with cancer Colin passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Brampton Civic Hospital on November 1, 2007 in his 60th year. Loving husband to Rachel "Rae" also lovingly remembered by his son Philip and his wife Joy and his daughter Stacey. Colin is survived by his parents Daisy and Colin Ridgeway of Owen Sound. Colin will be sadly missed by his family and many friends in Canada and the United Kingdom. Family and friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home Brampton Chapel on Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.
Funeral ceremonies will be held at the North Bramalea United Church 363 Howden Blvd. on Monday November 5, 2007 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Rev. Jamie Holtom officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Princess Margaret Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated by the family.

Mrs. Barbara Joan McCaslin
March 27, 1934 - October 31, 2007

McCASLIN, Barbara - After a long and courageous battle with kidney disease the family sadly announces the passing of Barbara on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Sunnybrook Hospital in her 73rd year. Barbara always met her challenges with optimism and a joy for life. She was a unique lady who inspired all those who knew her. Beloved wife of Gordon for 53 years. Cherished mother to Paul (Suzanne) and David. Loving mother-in-law to Michele, friend and companion. Devoted grandmother to Stacey, Jason, Laura, Krista and Christopher. Great-grandmother to Ryane and Lowen. Lifelong friend of Don and Sheila Patterson. Barbara's smile will be sadly missed by her friends and family. A very special thank you to all the staff at the Dialysis Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital for all their devotion. Visitation will take place at the Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, just west of Warden on Saturday, November 3, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Sunday, November 4 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior. Private family cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Sunnybrook Hospital 'Dialysis Unit' or Mt. Sinai Hospital 'The Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care' would be greatly appreciated.

Miss Lucille Anita Marie Brunelle
February 17, 1942 - October 31, 2007

Brunelle, Lucille passed away peacefully, at the Villa Care Center, Midland with her family by her side on Wednesday, October 31st, 2007 at the age of 65. Daughter of Evelyn (Robillard) Brunelle and the late Alderic (Pete) Brunelle . Sister of Suzanne (Louis) Eliadis, Ronald Brunelle, Maurice (Paula) Brunelle and predeceased by Robert and Frank. Very good friend of Sheila Voutt. Friends were received at the Penetanguishene Funeral Home, 155 Main Street, Penetanguishene on Friday November 2nd from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass was celebrated at St. Ann's Church, Penetanguishene on Saturday, November 3rd at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the March of Dimes would be greatly appreciated.
