Peacefully at Peel Memorial Hospital, Brampton, Friday, Apr. 14, 2000, Susan MacIntyre at the age of 58.
Dearly beloved wife of Alex. Loving mother of Joe and his wife Julie, Janice and her husband Paul Cosentino and Jacqueline and her husband Geoff Kent and the late Kenneth. Loved daughter of Theresa and the late Joseph Williams. Loving grandmother of Jason, Cassaundra, Troy, Carson and Nicholas. Dear sister of Walter, Jean, Mary, Annie, Sandra, Nelda and the late Earnie. Sadly missed by her many relatives and friends.
Resting was at the Ward Funeral Home Brampton Chapel, 52 Main St. South (Hwy. 10) Brampton, from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Complete service will be held at the chapel today (Monday) at 4 p.m. followed by cremation.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Gerald Mosher passed away on May 16, 2000, in his 90th year in Midland, Ontario.
Survived by Roy and Loretta, Geri and Dan, Eleanor and Walter; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his first wife Christine (nee Smith) and second wife Emma (nee Tutty), and a son Bob.
Interment at Willow Grove Cemetery, Louisbourg, 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4.
Raymond O'Toole
41, Toronto
Raymond Earl O’Toole, 41, a resident of Toronto and formerly of High Street, North Sydney, died suddenly Sunday, July 30, 2000, in Toronto.
Born in North Sydney, NS, he was a son of Anne (Wall) O’Toole-Musgrave and of the late Francis O’Toole. Ray lived and worked in Ontario for many years. In his early years his favourite hobby was spending time at the Northside Race Track.
Surviving besides his mother are five sisters, Linda (Pat) MacLeod, Bras d’Or, Marlene (Wayne) Wallace, Sydney, Theresa (Kevin) O’Toole, North Sydney, Elizabeth (Tim) Parsons, Frenchvale, Patricia O’Toole, Toronto; four brothers, Edward (Joanne), Brian and Kevin, all of Toronto, Louis, Calgary. Ray was loved by many nieces; nephews; aunts, uncles; cousins and friends. He will be forever loved and sadly missed by everyone.
Besides his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Jacinta Anne Miles.
Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today (Thursday) in the W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, 107 Pleasant St., North Sydney. Funeral mass 10 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph’s Church, North Sydney with Rev. Gus MacLeod officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Sydney, NS.
Elizabeth (Betty)(nee MacDougall) Cameron
56, Mississauga, Ont.
Elizabeth (Betty) Cameron McDougall, formerly from New Waterford, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2000, at the Credit Valley Hospital, surrounded by her loving family after a short battle with cancer.
Born in New Waterford, she was the daughter of the late Margaret and Alex McDougall of New Waterford.
Surviving are her husband John Cameron; two daughters, Sharon and Shawna (Bob); two sons, John Jr. and Stephen and also six grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, Florence, New Waterford, Dorothy, Gladys and Grace, all in Toronto; step-sister, Annie, Saskatchewan; brothers, Sandy and Gordon, both in Ontario, Bob (Betty), Paul (Ida), all of New Waterford.
She was predeceased by her parents, two brothers, Raymond and Murray, two sisters, Alice and Martha.
Funeral services and burial took place in Ontario.
Allison Steele
Colborne, Ont.
Allison Steele, daughter of Audrey and the late Garvin Steele, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family, passed away at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, St. Catharines, on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000.
Allison will always be remembered by her loving companion, Ted Simpson, daughter, Alana, son, Steven, all of Port Colborne and a stepson, Davey (Dee) Crowther and family of North Sydney. She will be sadly missed by brothers, David (Vivian), Ellershouse, Bentley (Brenda), Bras d’Or, Jackie, Halifax; sister, Debbie (George), George’s River, and their families; “Aunt” Norma and all relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory.
Cremation took place in Port Colborne. A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, Bras d’Or, Saturday, Aug. 26, at 11 a.m.
Victoria Truman

In Brantford on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, Victoria Truman (nee Serabian), beloved wife of Ambrose J. Truman; dear stepmother of Barb Spencer, Brantford and grandmother of Jamie Truman; dear sister of Barney Serabian, St. George, Doris Novak, Brantford, Polly Poladiah, Brantford and Rose Ajemian, California. Victoria will also be missed by nieces and nephews and her friends in Cape Breton.
Mrs. Truman worked at Westinghouse Canada for 23 years and at York Farms. She was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 90.
A private service was held at McCleister Funeral Home, North Chapel, 495 Park Road North, Brantford, today (Friday). Interment in Oakhill Cemetery.
