Suddenly on December 29, 2006 in his 52nd year, at Oshawa General Hospital. Survived by his mother Margaret, sisters, Marjorie and Suzanne (George), brother Roger (Victoria), and nieces Aleksandra, Erin and Lindsay. Remembered by friends and companions in Whitby.
