Elsie Grant of Oshawa and formerly of Perth, Ont. Daughter of the late Sidney and Verna Sparks (nee Blackburn). Sister-in-law of Jean and the late Ron Sparks. Predeceased by her brother Billy and step sister Etta Gilroy. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and their families. Gail was lovingly cared for by niece Debbie and nephew Ricky.
