CULLEY-OWEN, Ruby Greta (nee Soderberg)
Of Uxbridge, ON, formerly of Belleville, ON, in her 72nd year. We are sad to announce that the world has lost a true and genuine soul suddenly on August 12, 2006, to her battle with cancer. She will be sorrowfully missed by all her family and friends. Dear wife of the late Donald Culley. Beloved mother of Deborah Culley and husband, John Megens of Uxbridge, Timothy Culley and partner, Whendi Stevens of Toronto, and the late Mitchell Culley. Loving Grandmother (Nana) of William, Patricia, Jennifer, Sylvia, Sarah and Christopher. Great-Grandmother of Joey and Christopher. Though we will keep her memory alive in our hearts, our existence is truly lessened by her absence. We will always love you and miss you. Church Service to be held Saturday, August 19th at 2pm at the Trinity United Church, 20 First St., Uxbridge.

O'REILLY, Michael
Peacefully passed at the Lakeridge Health Hospital Oshawa on August 12, 2006 in his 69th year. Beloved and devoted husband of Heather for 41 years. Loving father of Andrew and his wife, Karen, Michelle and her husband, Kevin. Cherished Pa of Liam, Cameron, Tyler, Laura and Nathalie. Dear brother of Bob and his wife, Glenda and the late David. Special thanks to the Nurses, Doctors and Staff of 3F for their patience and compassion in their care of Michael. Michael was laid to rest on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens, with family and friends in attendance. Suddenly at the Ajax-Pickering Health Centre on Saturday, August 12, 2006 in his 86th year. Conrad, beloved husband of Jeanne. Dear father of Carol O'Brien, Rolland and his wife, Adele, and Suzanne and her husband, Eric Wolfman. Loving grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Fondly remembered by his brother, Gaston and his wife, Dianne. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby (905-668-3410). At Conrad's request, cremation followed by a Memorial Service at Paroisse Assomption de Notre Dame, 384 Hillside Avenue, Oshawa, on Wednesday, August 19, 2006 at 11am followed by entombment at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby. In memoriam, donations may be made to the Sick Children's Hospital, 555 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1X8.

WILHELM (BILL) FUCHS
It is with great sadness that we announce that Wilhelm (Bill) Fuchs passed away at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital on Saturday, August 12, 2006 with his family by his side. Bill was born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on August 16, 1933. He married Joanna (van der Plas) in 1959. Bill was a businessman in the hydraulic/pneumatics field and started his own company, Williams Fluidair in 1972. Bill is survived by Joanna, his wife and best friend for over 47 years, son, Eric and wife, Kirstie (Scullion), daughter, Hester, son, Timothy and wife, Megan (van der Geest) and grandchildren, Cameron, Kelsey, Gavin, and Ethan. Bill was a proud father and grandfather. His family was his pride and joy. If desired, donations to the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital would be appreciated.

JAMES, MARILYN J.
Peacefully, on Friday, August 11, 2006, at her home on Scugog Island, at age 80. Marilyn (nee Wood), beloved wife of the late George James. Loved mother of Gary Mitchell and his wife, Ilona of Sarasota, Florida, Beverley Mitchell of Santa Cruz, California, and the late Brian Mitchell. The family of Marilyn James will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171), on Wednesday, August 16th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Brother of Gert Deemer, Leonard, Dennis, and the late Mike, Ted, Lewis, Peter and Marg Lush. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, especially Harold and Leona.
