Loving father of Ranjit and his wife Kuveni of Sri Lanka, Nihal of Sri Lanka, Ravi Saravanamuttu and his wife Breeda, and Lilanee Navaratne and her husband Philip. Grandfather of Dinuk, Siobhan, Sean, James, Ben and Katrin. Brother of the late Dr. Patrick Wijeratne. Sadly missed by many relatives and friends in Canada and Sri Lanka. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis de Sales Church, 82 Church Street South (Pickering Village), at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2003 with cremation to follow.

LUFFMAN, Joanne
In loving memory of Joanne Heather (Willmore) Luffman, formerly of Oshawa, who passed away at the Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing, Ontario, on Thursday, December 4th, 2003 at the age of 49 years. Joanne was born in Oshawa on February 3, 1954. Prior to moving to Kitigan in Northern Ontario in 1992, she worked as an office clerk at General Motors in Oshawa for 17 years. Her favourite pastimes were camping, gardening and crochet. She was described by family as a loving wife and mother who truly enjoyed the great outdoors and spending much time in the sun. Joanne is survived by her husband Doug Luffman of Kitigan, her two daughters; Leanne Luffman of Sault Ste. Marie and Kelly Luffman of North Bay, her sister Janice Willmore, her brother Wayne Willmore, her father Bill Willmore and her grandfather Bill Young, all of Oshawa. Dear niece of Donald & Barbara Young of Oshawa. She was predeceased by her mother Barbara and grandmother Idella Young. A memorial service to celebrate Joanne's life was held in the G nier-Thomson Funeral Home Chapel in Kapuskasing on Tuesday, December 9th, 2003.
