ANDELY, Joseph (Uncle Joe)
(Former employee of the Tannery, excellent hockey player in earlier years, enjoyed softball and playing cards)
Surrounded by his loving family at Lakeridge Health Corp, Oshawa, on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 in his 86th year. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Mary Andely. Cherished brother of Helen Brennan and her late husband Michael and predeceased by his brother, Lawrence. Brother-in-law of Rose Andely. Uncle Joe will be loving remembered by his many nieces and nephews Angela, David, Darlene, Cynthia, Gregory, Joseph, Mary Teresa, Kathleen, Kevin and their families. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905 433-5558) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Prayers at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip's Catholic Church, 1314 Oxford St., Oshawa on Friday, March 2, 2007 at 11:00 am. Interment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Joe may be made to a Charity of choice.

HEARD, Mary (Irene)
At Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Wednesday, February 28th, 2007 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Bill Heard. Dear mother of Beverley Heard and Valerie Shea. Loving Gramma of Adam Shea (Dawn), Jamie Hammond (Brandon) and the late Krista Shea. Loving Nan of Bradley, Fara, Emma, Lili and Logan. Sister of Doreen Vennor and the late Glenn, Bill DeLong and Cleo McDougall. Friends may call at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Sunday, March 4th from 2 - 4 P.M. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, March 5th at 11:00 o'clock. Memorial donations to the Canadian Arthritis Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.

HOSKIN, Gary Clinton
Gary is resting in Peace with his Heavenly Father after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Gary passed away on February 28, 2007 at the age of 63. Survived by his loving wife and friend Linda, dear father of Tina and Lisa (Dougherty) and grandpa of Laura and Thalia. Gary will be lovingly remembered by his brothers and sisters; Kenneth (Mary) Hoskin, Anna-Marie (Neilson) Greentree, Shirley Mason, Betty (Charlie Durno) Greentree, Jack (Carol) Hoskin, Donna (Bryan) Smith, Joanne Harper and Joe (Lois) Hoskin. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Jean Hoskin and brother, Gordon. Gary also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and Uncle Doug (Aunt Marilyn) Love and Aunt Muriel Hoskin. Gary will be missed by his special friend, Bill Ratcliffe. Gary lived a Christian life and was a life-long member of Harmony United Church. He shared God's love and teachings with the children of the Church, members of the Bible Study Group and his family and friends. Gary had a gift of making those he met feel special but would leave saying "the joy is mine". Family and friends may call at the COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, 905-432-8484 on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Gary's life will be held at HARMONY UNITED CHURCH, 15 Harmony Road North, Oshawa, on Saturday, March 3 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to Harmony United Church or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated.

KILPATRICK, Donald Gordon
It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Don on Wednesday, February 28th, 2007 at the age of 61, formally of Sudbury. Loving husband and best friend of Sue Kilpatrick (Lepage). Loving father and best friend to Craig and his wife, Candice. Loving son to the late Harold and Bernice Kilpatrick of Sudbury, and stepson to the late Deane Kilpatrick of Sudbury. Son-in-law of the late John and Veronica Lepage of Sudbury. Special brother-in-law to Theresa and Louis Bronicheski, Diane and Mel Sekerak, Paul and Connie Lepage and Gerry and Heather Lepage, all of Sudbury. Donald will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews as well as many friends and neighbours. MacMILLAN, Michael Garnet
It is with great sadness that the family announces Michael's sudden passing. Michael, in his 52nd year, is survived by his father, John and pre-deceased by his mother, Agnes. Loving brother to Sharon (Lyle), Barb (Roly), Rose (Wayne) and P.J. Loving uncle to Terry, Derek, Philip, Dean, Kellie, Michael, Angela, Crystal, Stacy and Jamie. Michael will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. The family of Michael will receive friends at the W.C. TOWN FUNERAL CHAPEL, (110 Dundas Street East, Whitby 905-668-3410) on Monday, March 5 from 10-11am with a tribute at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

NOLZEN. Maria
Peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on February 28th, 2007. Maria in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Willi Nolzen. Will be fondly missed by daughter Marie-Louise (Louise) and husband Keith Demmery. Loving Oma to Steven, Jason and Nadine. She will be sadly missed by family and friends in Canada and Germany. A special thank you to all the staff at Hillsdale Estates for the wonderful care given to Maria. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with service in the chapel on Monday, March 5th at 11 a.m. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. PRUMMEL, Hans
On February 28, 2007, in his 50th year, Hans died at his home as a result of tragic circumstances. Hans was born in Zoelen, the Netherlands in 1956. He was a born builder, and trained to be a tool and die maker with Philips in Eindhoven, in the Netherlands. Hans immigrated to Canada in 1979 and worked for General Motors in Oshawa as a tool and die maker for 23 years. Hans surrounded himself with friends, who were very important to him and who are invited to join us in a celebration of his life. He was the father of Jennifer, grandfather of Zoe, brother of Mieke, Ineke and Annemarie. He was also the nephew of Mieke Gobel, and cousin of Justin, Nicholas and Vincent. He will be dearly remembered and greatly missed by Jenn's mother, Sandy Fournier, and all the other people that were part of his life. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the McINTOSH- ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433- 5558) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday, March 9, 2007 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at which time a service will be held in the chapel. In accordance with Hans' wishes, cremation will follow. Condolences may be emailed to family@prummel.org. Donations in memory of Hans may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

WEEKS, Trinidy Rayne
Suddenly on February 28th, 2007 at the age of 6 years at Toronto Sick Kids Hospital. Trinidy will be sadly missed by her parents Scott and Kelly Weeks of Oshawa. Big sister and best friend to Jakob. Adoring Grandparents Carol and Ron Weeks, and Georgina and Larry Shaw, Stephen and Lorraine Couch. Loved by Great-Grandparents Cyril Clark and Gladys Couch. Lovingly remembered by aunts and uncles, Sandra and Lawrence, Donna and Doug, Lindsey and Ken; cousins Michael and Lynnette, Kelly and Nichole. Trinidy will be sadly missed by many many friends. The family would like to celebrate her life with all at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. West (905-721-1234) and invite everyone to bring a balloon for the day of service. BEATTIE, Norman Charles
(WWII Veteran)
It is with deep sadness the we announce the passing of our dad, Norman, (86 years) on February 27th, 2007 at Lakeridge Health Corporation Oshawa, after a courageous battle with cancer. Norm served proudly with the Canadian Army and most notably was the driver for war correspondent Mr. Ross Munroe - journalist and author of "Gauntlet to Overlord". Norman is predeceased by his wife Lillian (nee: Draper), his bestfriend Rick Windsor, brother John, and sister Esther Chappel. He is survived by sister Marian Reeves. He will be greatly missed by daughter Bonnie Hall and husband Ian Ireland, son David Tyler and wife Janis, dear friend Rose Fox and family, grandchildren Nicholas, Tony, Tina, Mark, Allen and Heidi and nine great-grandchildren. The family also wishes to thank the staff on 6F at Lakeridge Health Corporation Oshawa for their care and compassion. Resting at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Highway # 2, Courtice L1E 2R7 (905-432-8484) with a Celebration of Norman's life in the chapel on Saturday, March 3rd, 2007 at 11AM. Dear brother of Marie (Bill), Jean (Fred), Helen (Eddie), Carolyn, Charlie (Lorraine), Donny (Shelley), Harold (Annie), and predeceased by Shirley. Brother-in-law of Don.
