DAGENAIS, Lilian (Greer)
Entered into rest suddenly at the Brockville General Hospital on October 28, 2005 in her 90 year. Beloved wife of the late George Brown Greer and Edward Dagenais. Dear mother of Melba Douglas (Paul) of Arizona, George Greer (Anne) and Dennis Greer (Deanna) all of Brockville. Sadly missed by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Edna Walton of Victoria BC., aunt of Christine Riddell of Cornwall and Roberta Levac (Murt) of Texas. Fondly remembered by her friend Walter Scantlebury of Brockville. Predeceased by her niece Mima.
A Celebration of Lilian’s life will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Tuesday, November 1st at 1 o’clock. Cremation took place at Roselawn Crematorium with interment following at Oakland Cemetery. In remembrance, donations to the Cancer Society or the Hospice of Providence Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.

KENT, William Charles
Passed away peacefully on October 27, 2005 at the Hospice at May Court, Ottawa on the eve of his 89th birthday. Devoted and loving husband of the late Marion Kent. Dear father of Jon (Carole) of Brockville and Charles (Helen) of Ottawa. Deeply cherished and loved by his grandchildren Greg (Natasha) of Toronto, Andrea Wright (Jason) of Brockville, Christopher (Monique Potvin-Kent), Pamela (Shaun Pritchard) and Emily of Ottawa. Proud great-grandfather of Arianne and Owen Kent, Meghan, Kaitlin, William Pritchard and Kayla Wright. Survived by his brother John (Norma) of Prescott. Predeceased by his parents Claude and Ila B. Kent of Chatham, Ontario. Bill was a WWII veteran, serving as a pilot, and career officer in the R.C.A.F.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, Ontario on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to be held at the Mayhew Cemetery, Thamesville, Ontario at a later date. Memorial donations to the Hospice at May Court, Ottawa, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brockville General Hospital Foundation, will be acknowledged by the family.

MUSCLOW, Clifford Howard, Q.C.
At The Westmount, Kitchener,on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at the age of 80. Howard is survived by his children Patricia Musclow (Bill Murch) of Aylmer, Frances Laidley (Jim) of Waterloo and Thomas Musclow (Maureen) of Charlottetown, PEI, his siblings Phyllis Gribbons, Gwen Musclow (Hainsworth), Cynthia Musclow and Bud (Basil) Musclow, second wife Florence Musclow of Burnaby, BC. He is predeceased by his first wife Margaret Eleanor Storey and two of his brothers Kenneth Musclow and John Musclow. Howard Musclow was born in North Bay, Ontario to the late Thomas Henry Musclow and Elizabeth Tatton.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 10 until 11:30 a.m. when the Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel. A reception will follow in the Irvine Reception Centre. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.

SANGER, Arthur William
Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital on Thursday, October 27, 2005 age 92 years. Beloved husband of Helen Sanger. Loving father of Gerald (Gloria) of Prescott, Elsie Beaudoin (Lou) of Crystal Rock, Arthur (Carol) of Prescott, Leslie (Judy) of Algonquin, Faith Bellisle (George) of Charleston Lake, David (Sheila) of Morrisburg and William (Elaine) of Prescott. Grandfather of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Also survived by nephews Vincent Sanger (Elaine) and Christopher Sanger (Helen) all of England, and sister-in-law Monica Sanger of England and Olive Devries of Prescott. Predeceased by parents Arthur Sanger and Rose Anne Skinner, brother Francis, sister Elsie, granddaughter Tracy and great-grandson Dawson.
Friends may call at the Chris Slater Funeral Home, 416 Dibble Street West, Prescott from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday with Funeral Service taking place in the Chapel on Monday, October 31, 2005 at 11 a.m. Interment Sandy Hill Cemetery. For those wishing the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.

DAVIES, Mary
Peacefully at Sherwood Park Manor, Brockville on Tuesday, October 25, 2005. Mary Davis of Brockville (formerly of Seeley’s Bay) in her 98th year. Widow of Arnold Davies. Dear mother of Frank and his wife Norma of Brockville, Barry and his wife Freda of Seeley’s Bay. Dear sister of Alfred (Grace) Davis of Paris, Cecil (Ariel) Davis of Burford. Predeceased by sister Grace Arthur and brother Lloyd Davis. Also survived by sister-in-law Norah Davis of Norwood. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Blair (Brenda) Davies of Calgary, Brian (Sue) Davies of Brockville, Greg (Robyn) Davies of Brockville, Deanna Davies (Glenn King) of Kingston, Donna (John) Dusseault of Sarnia, Margo (Andre) Leclair of Lyn. Also survived by 17 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment Olivet Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the Sherwood Park Manor, Brockville or Seeley’s Bay United Church would be appreciated by the family.

FOAN, Jennett
Peacefully at Sherwood Park Manor on Wednesday, October 26, 2005, the former Jennett Hollister of Brockville, age 99 years. Wife of the late J.H. Foan. Dear mother of Aileen Larocque and her husband Roland of Kingston and Nancy Gill and her husband Roland of Brockville. Survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Barbara Ann Zufelt and her husband Jack of Brockville and three sisters Marion McDougall, Hazel Hollister and Aileen Matthews.

MUSCLOW, Clifford
Howard Q. C.
At The Westmount Nursing Home in Kitchener, Ontario on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at the age of 80. Howard is survived by his children Patricia Musclow (Bill Murch) of Aylmer, Frances Laidley (Jim) of Waterloo and Thomas Musclow (Maureen) of Charlottetown, PEI, his siblings Phyllis Gribbons, Gwen Musclow (Hainsworth), Cynthia Musclow and Bud (Basil) Musclow, second wife Florence Musclow of Burnaby, BC. He is predeceased by his first wife Margaret Eleanor Storey and two of his brothers Kenneth Musclow and John Musclow. Howard Musclow was born in North Bay, Ontario to Thomas Henry Musclow and Elizabeth Tatton. He was a partner in the law firm of Stewart, Corbett, Musclow and Barr, Brockville, Ontario from 1954 to 1987 when he retired for health reasons. Howard was a veteran of WWII with the RCAF as a Communications Officer stationed “overseas” (as he put it) in Gander, Newfoundland. Howard was a member of St. Peter’s Anglican Church and served on many community committees. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren David, Brian and Kimberly Murch, Beth and Michael Laidley, and Maggie and Patrick Musclow.
Funeral arrangements have yet to be completed with the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville.

CURLEY - LINDSAY, Mae
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday, October 24, 2005, the former Mae Bernice Meyer of Brockville, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Curley and David Lindsay. Dear mother of Brian Curley of Ottawa, Barth Curley and his wife Diane of Iqualuit, Bron Curley and his wife Jennie of England and Jennifer Hunter and her husband Jim of Oxford Station. Grandmother of Dylan and Julia Hunter of Oxford Station, Sean McDonald of Toronto, Gregory Curley of South Korea, Daniel Curley of Toronto and Emma Curley of England.
Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday, October 28, 2005 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Oshawa. NOONAN, Nellie
Peacefully at the St. Vincent de Paul Hospital surrounded by her family on Monday, October 24, 2005 at the age of 88 years. Wife of the late John Noonan and companion of the late Rene Lavoie. Loved mother of June (Bob) Robertson, Douglas (Merrilee) Noonan, Dennis Noonan, Richard (Kathy) Noonan, James (Marguerite) Noonan and David (Selma) Noonan. Dear grandmother of 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and their families. Also survived by her sisters Helen (Garland) Hitsman and Edith (Ernie) Salmon, by her brother Orl (Kathy) Coville and by a sister-in-law Mildred Coville. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, by Rene’s daughters Theresa (Ron) Cassibo and Leah Roblee, sisters Jackie (Rene) Maisonneuve and Laurette (Joe) Kelly, brothers Ed (Laura) Lavoie and Roger (Delores) Lavoie. Predeceased by her grandson Randy Noonan in 1982, by brothers Jim, Steve and Allan Coville, sisters-in-law Geraldine Coville and Dorothy Ralph.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church on Thursday at 10 a.m. Cremation will follow at the Roselawn Crematorium, Maitland with interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery Thursday afternoon. Donations to the Hospice of Providence Palliative Care or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
