MCBRIDE, Michael McArthur
On Saturday, August 27, 2005 as the result of an auto accident, Michael McArthur McBride, at the age of 48 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl (Irving) McBride of RR3, Lombardy. Survived by his loving children Meaghan and James McBride at home as well as Dawn and Amber McBride and their mother Sharon, all of Brockville. Michael was predeceased by his infant daughter Sarah. Dear son of Mary Frederick of Brockville and William McBride of Anglemont, B.C. Also survived by his sister Mary Betzner (John) of Spencerville and brothers Cossar McBride of Anglemont, B.C. and John McBride (Carol) of Windsor, ON, as well as by several nieces and nephews.
A gathering in remembrance of Michael will be held on Friday, September 2nd from 4-7 p.m. at the Royal Brock Hotel, 100 Stewart Boulevard, Brockville. Private cremation will take place at Roselawn Crematorium, Maitland with arrangements in the care of Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville. In remembrance, donations to the Charity of choice will be greatly acknowledged.

On Monday, August 29, 2005 at the Brockville General Hospital in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Lillian Grace Newson (nee McPherson). Dear father of Ralph and his wife Lynda of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Ann Newson of San Francisco. Dear grandfather of Bridget Newson (John Paul) of Toronto and Erik Newson (Hessook) of Pusan, South Korea. Brother of Bill of Arthur, Ontario. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Mary Hilborn and by brothers Stanley and Harry.

Sadly missed by five grandchildren, Clayton Pilatzke, Amy MacKay and Kristopher, Mathew and Dylan Kelly and by one great-grandchild Travis MacKay. Sister of Ralph (Bud) Baynham (Janet) of Pembroke. Predeceased by two brothers John (Jack) and Richard (Dick) Baynham and by her parents Ralph and Alice Baynham (Cronk).
