DAIGLE, Claude. 1923 - 2000. In Montreal on June 3, 2000 at the age of seventy-six years. Husband of Madeleine Barrette. He also leaves to mourn his son Michel (Peggy Townsend), his sisters Raymonde (Leonard Roussel) and Pierrette (William Turnbull), his brothers Fernand (Yolande Gagnon) and Jacques (Janine St-Onge) and the late Rollande (the late Richard Trudeau), Pierre-Paul (Peggy Finlay) and Armand, his grandchildren Mathieu and Fabienne, nephews, nieces and friends. The funeral will take place on Saturday, June 10 at 11 a.m. at l'Eglise St-Joseph-de-Mont-Royal, 1620 Laird Blvd., Town of Mount Royal. The family members will receive condolences from 10 a.m. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the staff of Mount Sinai Hospital, 3rd floor, and the Montreal Chest Centre for their support and care. DUFFY, Charles Joseph. Beloved husband of Juliette. Who served as police and fire chief in Ste. Dorothee, city of Two Mountains, Chomedey and Hudson over a period of twenty-five years. Retired in Rigaud. He made our world a little better place. June 7, 2000. Devoted father of Robert and Judy. He is survived by his grandsons Charles, James and Danny.
