WENIG, Jack. Died peacefully in his sleep on August 29, 2004 in Vancouver, B.C. He will be sadly missed by his children, Maureen, Ian (Patricia) and Sherril-Lee, his grandchildren Sarah and Maya and by Claire Wenig. Jack left this earth with acceptance and dignity in the presence of his family. He loved all children and wished for a saner, less violent society. Jack wil be remembered with a grin and a grimace and as a good soul.

WHITTAKER, William D. (Bill). Passed away peacefully on August 28, 2004 at eighty-one. He will be remembered as a generous, funny, genteel man who served many roles as husband, father, grandfather and friend. Left to celebrate his life are his children (Gary and Andrea), brother (Charlie) and family, sister-in-law (Sally) and family, children-in-law (Louise, Guy and Kathy), grandchildren (Erin, Patrick, Gail, Eric, Sebastien and Catherine), and many friends new and "seasoned". Thank you to all who cared for "Bill"; your understanding and caring helped all of us get through the difficult times that Alzheimer's presents. He was surrounded by his wife Ellen of fifty years, his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will miss him dearly.
