The death of Alfred Epp, age 69 years of Rosthern occurred on May 4, 2014 at Rosthern Hospital.
He is survived by his siblings: Norman and Joann Epp, Larry Epp, Leona and Richard (Chub) Lehmann; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his: father John G. Epp; mother Margaret (Pauls) Epp; one brother Leonard Epp and sister-in-law Loretta Epp.
The Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 9, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Horse Lake Mennonite Church.
Interment will take place at St. Cyprian’s Cemetery, Wingard.
Arrangements are in care of Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern, SK.
Peter Arendt
May 20, 1926 – January 12, 2015
The death of Peter Arendt, age 88 years, occurred at the Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home on January 12, 2015.
He is survived by his loving wife, Annie Arendt; children, Kelvin Arendt, Ruby (Tom) Stones; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; siblings, John Arendt, Henry (Mary) Arendt, Annie (Edward) Dueck, Mary (Henry) Fehr, Margaret Lind.
He was predeceased by his parents, Johann and Sara Arendt; brother Martin (Louise) Arendt, Abe Arendt, two infants, one sister and one brother in Russia; sister-in-law Frieda Arendt, and brother-in-law Tony Lind.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at the Waldheim Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Greg Wiens officiating.
Interment will take place in Brotherfield Cemetery.

Katrina Martens
July 14, 1926 – May 5, 2016
With much sadness we announce the death of Katrina (Katie) Martens, age 89 years, at her home at Sunshine Housing, Hague, SK.
Katie is survived by several sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends at Sunshine Housing.
She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Annie (Dyck) Martens; and all her siblings.
Katie was a resident of Sunshine Housing for the past 27 years.
She will be sadly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at Funk’s Funeral Chapel, 1010 – 7th Street, Rosthern.
Interment of her ashes will take place at a later date at Pleasant Point Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Raymond Pelletier
April 15, 1927 – January 12, 2015
The death of Raymond Pelletier, age 87 years, occurred on January 12, 2015 at Goodwill Manor Care Home, Duck Lake, SK.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children: daughter, Muriel (Grant MacTavish) and her sons, Aaron (Mikala) McFie and their children Ty and Noelle, Jamid (Kelly) McFie, step-daughter Jennifer (Brad) Boechler and their son Joshua, step-son Jeffery (Moira) MacTavish and their sons Oliver and Finn; son Paul (Pam) Pelletier, and children Tyler (Miranda) and their children McKenna and Ashton, and Tyler’s daughter Stevie; Nicole (Lawrence Misener) and their daughter Olivia; son Mathew; son Leo (Denise) Pelletier, and children Trevor (Melinda) Pelletier and their daughter Jayla, Melissa (Brent) Rau; Sisters: Therese (Andre) Lanovaz, Lorette (Elmer) Klassen, Estelle Michell, several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and his many godchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Marie, his infant daughter Lucy, his parents Alphee and Bernadette (nee Mahe) Pelletier; his brother Wilfred; his sister-in-law, Irene, his brother-in-law, Don Michell; his two half-sisters, Cecile and Majella; his two half-brothers, Marius and Albert.
Raymond will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The family would like to thank Goodwill Manor for the wonderful care they provided Raymond in his last days.
A Prayer Service and the last viewing will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
The Mass for Raymond Pelletier will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
Both services will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Phinh Do at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church in Duck Lake.
Interment of his ashes will take place at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Cemetery, Duck Lake, SK.

The death of Hilda Foth, age 85 years formerly of Bethany Manor, Saskatoon occurred at Rosthern Mennonite Nursing Home on January 9, 2015.
She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Foth; children, Betty Ann Foth; David (Jan) Foth; Melvin (Cheryl) Foth; Norman (Linda) Foth; Bernice Foth; Linda (Bill) Iwabuchi; Ernie (Karen) Foth; Charlotte (Richard) Schaan; Daniel Foth; 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister Kay (Arnold) Willems and in-laws, Irene Dyck, Hank Siemens, Rosalie Dyck.
She was predeceased by her: parents, Henry J. and Marie Dyck; brothers, Herman, Henry, Elmer, John; and sisters, Justina, Mary, Hertha.
A time of evening viewing for family and friends will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.
Both Services will take place at Forest Grove Community Church, 502 Webster Street, Saskatoon.
Interment will take place in Hague Cemetery.

September 26, 1923 – January 3, 2015
It is with deep sadness for her death but with gratitude for a long, rich life that the family of Eva Unruh, age 91 announce her passing at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon.
She is survived by her children: Mary (Jake) Wiebe, Tena Friesen, Liz (Roger) Komick, Margret (Ken) Palchinski, John (Eva) Unruh, David Unruh, Martha Unruh, Helen (Chris) Chatlain; 23 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Eva was predeceased by her husband Abe, son-in-law Corney and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Thursday, January 8, at 7 pm at Funk’s Funeral Home, Rosthern.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Neuanlage Old Colony Mennonite Church.
Interment will take place at Blumenthal Cemetery.
