Mrs. Annie Koch
June 20, 1916 - September 9, 2007

KOCH, Annie Koch (nee Tiefenbach), late of Edenwold, SK, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 9, 2007 in the Palliative Care Unit of the Regina Pasqua Hospital.

Annie, who was born on June 20, 1916, was predeceased by her son Donnie in 1981; husband Frank in 1991; parents Jacob and Katherine Tiefenbach and brothers Jacob in 2000 and Harold in 2006.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Delmar and Grant of Edenwold; beloved nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Edenwold, SK on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. INTERMENT to follow at Edenwold Village Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Annie’s memory may be made to the Regina Palliative Care Inc., 4F - 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1A5 or to St. Paul’s Memorial Fund, Edenwold, SK S0G 1K0.

Stanley Campbell
July 3, 1928 - September 11, 2007

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Stan Campbell.

Stan passed peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, September 11, 2007. He will be lovingly remembered by his companion Val and her family; son Dean of Saskatoon, daughter Dawn (Brian) Book of Sherwood Park, AB; granddaughters Dori and Taryn (Jamie) Book of Sherwood Park, AB.

Also survived by sisters Betty (Marshall), Grace, Mary (Cal); brothers Don (Velma), Keith; numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his parents Charles and Minnie, and brother in law Howard Wilton.

Stan worked for the Dominion Government, Department of Agriculture (Agrologist) and retired in 1986 and from that time has helped his brother Keith run the farm.

An active member in the Kinsmen and later K’ 40’s, Stan was an avid golfer and a member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club.

His winters were spent curling at the Nutana Curling Club.

A celebration of Stan’s Life will be held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 1:30pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home (east on 8th Street, turn right before railway tracks).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Arrangements are entrusted to HILLCREST FUNERAL HOME, Neysa Gee.

Mr. Eldie Hotz
January 21, 1929 - September 14, 2007

On September 14, 2007, Mr. Eldie Hotz of Regina passed away peacefully at the age of 78 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of nearly 55 years Mary; three daughters Gail (Lorne) Knutson of Kingston, ON, Debbie (Darrel) Irvine of Regina and Dianne Hotz (Bill Neter) of North Battleford, SK; seven grandchildren Cheri (Juan), Aaron, Jim (Angela), Jill (Trevor), Mark, Amy and Tim (Karri); two great granddaughters Anna and Yarah; sister Violet Graham and brother Harry (Joan); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his son Gregory and sisters Staar and Dorathy.

Eldie will always be remembered for his kindness and his fun loving spirit.

A CELEBRATION OF ELDIE'S LIFE will take place on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Rosewood Park Alliance Church on the corner of Courtney Street and Whelan Drive in Regina.

In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 2360 – 2nd Avenue, Regina, SK S4R 1A6 or to the Rosewood Park Alliance Church, P.O. Box 35015, 5875 Rochdale Boulevard, Regina SK S4X 4C6.

Mrs. Mary I. Morris
July 12, 1921 - September 17, 2007

On September 17, 2007, Mrs. Mary Morris of Regina, formerly of Balgonie, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 86 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her three children Lyle (Joan), Murray (Velda) and Sharon (Earl) Zerr; five grandchildren Amy, Leighton (Jenn) and Devon (Cassie) Zerr and Jason and Derek Morris; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Nelson and brothers Howard and Ted Cowie.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Santa Maria for the compassionate care of their mother during her time there.

A CELEBRATION OF MARY'S LIFE will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK with inurnment to follow in St. Anthony's Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Mrs. Mildred Hutter
March 1, 1920 - September 17, 2007

Mildred (Davies) (nee Copp) Hutter passed away peacefully in Regina on September 17, 2007 at the age of 87 years. Her daughter and a friend were by her side. Mildred was born in Petitcodiac, New Brunswick on March 1, 1920.

She was predeceased by her parents Emily and Vinton Copp; her brother Ronald Copp; her first husband Fred Davies and her second husband Joseph Hutter.

Mildred is survived by her children Marlene and Kenneth Davies; her sister-in-law Dorothy Thompson; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mildred was raised in New Brunswick and after her marriage to Fred, lived in many different cities from coast to coast.

She was widowed at an early age and subsequently enjoyed a career in Montreal as a medical secretary. Much of her spare time was devoted to volunteering for St. John Ambulance.

On her retirement in 1985, Mildred moved from Montreal to Toronto and in 1993 Mildred and Marlene moved from Toronto to Regina. In her later years, Mildred enjoyed various card games, puzzles and reading.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Adam Gruszczynski as well as the wonderful staff at Helping Hands Personal Care Home for their caring and compassion during mom’s last days.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Whitmore Park United Church, 336 Durham Drive, Regina, SK S4S 4Z7 on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Douglas Ponto officiating. A private family interment will be held at the Regina Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mildred may be made to a charity of one’s choice or to the Whitmore Park United Church “Lift Fund.”

Arrangements are entrusted to Regina Funeral Home.
